Well I’m pretty new to sushi I have it before but not to this extent. I’m not talking about the low grade you get from Publix but rather from the quality restaurants. My two favorites are DRAGONFLY Sushi and Sake Company in Gainesville the other is Blu Sushi. Both are very modern. Dragonfly has a more traditional feel to it while Blu is all about well blue, its contemporary yet modern. It has the feel….more like relaxing in a “city with lights” near the soothing beaches of exotic locale. You can probably tell which I like better lol. Not to mention that the music is more relaxing varying to modern smooth jazz to light trance.
